Answers

1. What are your shipping rates?
We have FREE SHIPPING on all items shipped in the 48 continental USA.  Reasonable shipping amounts will be applied to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.  All other countries, please use our contact page or call for shipping rates.
 
 2. Can I do a rush order and receive my puzzle(s) in 3 days or less?
We will ship your order the fastest way possible to arrive on a schedule date.  Call with credit card to cover the additional shipping charge.

3.  Do you ship outside the 48 continental states?
Yes!  You can recieve a shipping quote for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada after entering an item into your cart.  For all other countries, call for shipping rates. 

4.  I have lost a puzzle piece, do you make replacement pieces for your puzzles?
Yes! We do replacement pieces for our customers.  What we would need is a good paper tracing of the missing area where the piece(s) goes.  Send the tracing to our address with a check.  The amount is $4.00 per piece and $6.00 for the shipping.  We will do up to 3 pieces per puzzle only.  Please also indicate the puzzle type and whether there is any hand painted personalized lettering on the piece(s).  Make sure you include your name, address and phone number.

5.  I didn't receive all the stool order part, what can I do?
Check your shipping box again for missing items.  Refer to the packing list to make sure you have everything listed:  4 legs, a puzzle, a stool top and 1 bracket packet with hardware and assemble instructions inside.  If you are missing any of these items call us.

6.  Are your paints and finishes nontoxic and safe for kids?
Yes, all our paints and finishes are paints from Sherwin-William and are water base and non-toxic.

7.  What is your return policy?
There are no returns on special cutout name orders and 2 name puzzle orders.  Other wise our return policy is as follows.  If for some reason (other than a damaged item - see Damaged in Shipping question), you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 calendar days of the date of your delivery.  The returned product must be in unused and in resaleable condition, inside it's original wrapping and packaging.  You should contact us at 763-205-9973 for specific return instructions.

     Note:  You Name It Toys does NOT charge restocking fees.

9. I assembled my puzzle stool and now the puzzle is stuck in the stool, what can I do?
The 4 inside screws on the 4 brackets secure and lock the puzzle into the stool.  Back out these 4 inside screws and your puzzle will slide out of the stool top.  However, you should have the puzzle secured in the stool top for safety reasons.
